Body-Makeover 12 Week Program
The 12 week Body Makeover is designed to reduce body-fat, improve muscle tone and increase cardiovascular fitness.
Clients will also notice a considerable increase in their strength ability!
Each client will follow the same format, but if you have health or injury issues, the program will be modified.
A crucial part of the 12 week body makeover is the Nutrition Plan, which must be followed in order for you to achieve the best results.
This Nutrition Plan is all about balanced, healthy eating. It is NOT a diet!!
It is very simple and teaches you to eat regularly and consume the right amounts of protein and carbohydrate.
You will NOT be hungry... and if you are, you are not following the Plan correctly!
I don't believe in restrictive diets and therefore do not recommend them to my clients.
Regular follow-ups ensure you stay on track with your personal weight-loss goals.
I will guide you every step of the way so you achieve maximum results with the 12 week period!
Here's what the 12 Week Body Makeover Program consists of:
Initial Consultation:

Three different training programs: (so you can progress with your training and prevent plateau)
Program one (Weeks 1-4)
Program two (Weeks 4-8)
Program three (Weeks 8-12)
Each of these programs is a booking with me for just over an hour, where we have a personal training session and program instruction.
