If you are wanting to exercise at home but don't want to purchase expensive, large peieces of equipment, then purchasing suspension straps is a great idea!
They are portable, compact, can be put up in a door frame, your can do loads of different exercises, suitable for all age groups and abilities, safe to use (after using instructional dvd or through a trainer) and provides results such as weight-loss, toning, increased muscular strength and core stability.
As a personal trainer i use suspension straps with my clients and myself. They provide variation and really do increase strength and core stability. They help to build lean muscle, not bulk. I believe suspension training is a fantastic tool to add to your training and should be a staple part of your regular exercise regime.
